Shipping and Handling

Brazilian Tropic® offers 3 shipping options:

  1. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days and costs $6.95.
  2. Premium shipping takes 3-5 business days and costs $12.00.
  3. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days and costs $21.50.

Orders being shipped to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii or Military APO/ FPO addresses take 8-12 business days and must be sent via USPS and cannot be shipped via Premium or Express service.

Return Policy

Brazilian Tropic® is committed to providing the highest quality standards throughout our entire line of luxury skincare products. If for any reason you feel that the products you received do not meet this expectation simply contact us at: customerservice@braziliantropic.com to receive a return authorization number. Please indicate the return number on the original invoice and ship with returning item(s). We will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase upon receipt. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

If your items were damaged or broken in shipping, please contact us immediately at: customerservice@braziliantropic.com so that we may authorize items to be replaced.

 

Delivery To PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Most orders may be shipped to PO Boxes and Military APO/ FPO addresses; some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to a PO Box or APO/ FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS and cannot be shipped via Premium or Express Service.

 

Sales Tax Information

Orders shipped within States that require sales tax will be charged applicable tax.

 

Security Online

Brazilian Tropic®, Inc. understands the importance of online security. We use Google Checkout to process all orders. Therefore you can shop with confidence knowing that your information is secure.

 

Back Orders

Due to popular demand, some item(s) may temporarily be unavailable. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified and not be able to add to shopping cart.

 

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Premium and Express Orders are processed and shipped the same business day if received by 3:00 pm PST.

 

Maximum Purchase Policy

Brazilian Tropic® must limit its online orders to no more than 5 units of any one item with a maximum purchase order of $875.00 per shipment.

 

Tracking Your Order

With Express Service you may track your shipment using the shipping code provided you by e-mail with purchase confirmation. Please contact us if you need assistance tracking your order at: customerservice@braziliantropic.com
